Pepito is an award-winning master portrait artist, world renowned for his burnished sepia portraits. He was named Photographer of the year in 2004 and 2006 by the Professional Photographers of America. Pepito is listed in the "Who's Who in Professional Photographic Imaging."

Professional distinctions include: Master Photographer (M.Photog.); Florida Degree of Photographic Excellence (F.D.P.E); Florida Education Degree (F.E.D.); and the Florida Service Award (F.S.A.).

By special invitation of the South Korean government, Pepito's work was selected to be part of a touring exhibition at the Imaging Asia 2005 Convention hosted by the Professional Photographers of Korea.

Pepito's images were chosen for the prestigious Professional Photographers of America Loan Collection as well as the P.P.A.'s traveling showcase exhibit.

Pepito Masterpiece Portraits was honored in receiving the Hispanic Business Initiative Fund Small Business of the Year Award in 2001.

He is recipient of seven national Fujifilm Children's Portrait Awards as well as the coveted Fujifilm Masterpiece Award as displayed in national publications.
